Forest Hill Elementary School
David M. Corvi, Principal

David M. Corvi is the principal of Forest Hill Elementary School in the Parkside community. Forest Hill School serves approximately 350 in grades K-7. One of the more unique buildings in Camden, the school is literally a circle. The school has experienced much success in its history, including the CHIPS honors program and an exemplary performing and fine arts program.

Principal Corvi has served as principal of Forest Hill since 2013. He previously worked as a Dean of Students with Mastery Charter School. Principal Corvi began his career by founding an all-boys high school in West Philadelphia called Boys' Latin of Philadelphia. During his time there, he taught ninth grade English literature, founded a varsity soccer program, and created the school's first English curriculum.

Principal Corvi has a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Ithaca College and a master’s degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania. Principal Corvi currently resides with his wife, Katherine, a doctorate student at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
